The Town of Stratford is accepting proposals for the selection of a design/build firm to provide design and construction services for a new Waterfront Pavilion Centre in Michael Thomas Waterfront Park located at 10 Stratford Road in Stratford, PE. The project generally consists of the design and construction of a 4,000ft2 multi-functional building with adjacent pavilion and includes all building components & systems, site servicing, civil work, landscaping, commissioning and reinstatement.

A voluntary site meeting will be held for prospective bidders to review the site on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 10:00am. Please meet at the site.

Sealed envelopes clearly marked “Waterfront Pavilion Project” must be received no later than 2:00pm local time, on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. Bidders are to submit proposals using a two-envelope system. One envelope shall contain the technical proposal for the design and construction of the project, clearly labelled; and the second sealed envelope outlines the design and construction costs (i.e., SECTION III PROPOSAL FORM found in the document below titled RFP - Waterfront Pavilion Design-Build Package), clearly labelled. The evaluation of the technical proposal will be completed prior to the cost envelope being opened.
