The Town of Stratford's Dog Licensing Program runs from June 1 thru

May 31 each year. Residents are required to annually register their dogs through this program in person at Stratford Town Centre Offices or the PEI Humane Society.
Please complete the below form and send it by email to:
[email protected]. A member of the Town's staff will reach out to you for payment and issuance of the dog tags.
* Please note that your dog is not registered until the payment is processed. Once payment is processed, a tag is assigned and mailed to you.
