Request for Proposal
The Town of Stratford is accepting proposals for the selection of a design/build firm to provide design and construction services for two (2) new PV solar arrays.

One is to be placed at the Town of Stratford Emergency Services Center at 4 Georgetown Road, and the second at the Town of Stratford maintenance building at 21 Hollis Avenue. A site meeting will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, April 19th beginning at the Stratford Emergency Services Center.

Sealed envelopes clearly marked “Town of Stratford Solar Arrays Design & Build Services” must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. local time, on Tuesday, April 30, 2024.
