The Town of Stratford is seeking professional services from qualified, experienced individuals or firms for the completion of a compiled set of Permit-Ready Housing Plans to address the missing middle housing types in Stratford. These plans will be used to reduce the application processing times and the architectural and design costs that restrict development by the small-scale developers and non-profit organizations and enhance the character of the Town.
This RFP will award phase one, and the Town would like to see these Permit-Ready Housing Plans be made available for download by July 2025. Completed plans will become the property of the Town of Stratford.
Phase One House Types Designs (each house type requires 3 sets of plans plus options for small alterations to the façade)

- Townhouses
- Stacked Townhouses
- Walk-up Apartments
All proposals are due at the Town of Stratford main office, 234 Shakespeare Drive, Stratford, PE C1B 2V8 or via email submission no later than
2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 11*, 2024.
