The Town of Stratford is seeking Requests for Proposals from qualified firms to provide a General Insurance and Risk Management Program for the term of: August 1, 2025 to August 1, 2026.

ELECTRONIC PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS ONLY shall be submitted on the prescribed form and submitted by e-mail to the Director of Finance & Technology, Kim O’Connell, at [email protected] with the subject line: RFP #INSURANCE 2025, no later than 1:00 p.m. local time on July 16, 2025. Email responses will remain unopened until the opening date and time. Emails sent to any other email address other than [email protected] will not be considered.

Proponents are cautioned that the timing of their Proposal is based on when the Bid is RECEIVED by the Municipality, not when a Proposal is submitted by a Proponent, as Proposal transmission can be delayed in an “Internet Traffic Jam” due to file transfer size, transmission speed, etc. For the above reasons, the Municipality recommends that Proponents allow sufficient time to upload their Proposal and attachment(s) (if applicable) and to resolve any issues that may arise.

Proposals will not be accepted after the closing date and time. Proponents may not make modifications to their Proposals after the closing date and time. All proposals shall become the property of the Municipality. It is the responsibility of each proponent to submit all required documents as outlined in this Request for Proposal. Failure to quote on all options set out will disqualify your proposal. Proposals may use a cyber liability coverage provider that is different from the provider used for all other coverages.
