RFP – Stratford Town Hall Emergency Power Requirements and Associated Infrastructure

Sealed envelopes marked Stratford Town Hall Emergency Power Requirements and Associated Infrastructurewill be received at the Town of Stratford’s main office, 234 Shakespeare Drive, Stratford, PE C1B 2V8 no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday May 20, 2015. The name of the bidding firm shall be indicated on the envelope. The Stratford Town Centre is designated as the primary Emergency Operations Centre for the Town and is also designated as a Reception Center/Shelter in our Emergency Measures Plan.  The project consists of the design of a new emergency generator to enable the Stratford Town Centre to be used as the Emergency Operations Centre and Reception Center/Shelter in the event of an emergency when the power is out. Bid documents may be obtained at the Stratford Town Centre between the hours of 8:00 a.m-4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.  The bid document does not imply that the lowest priced tender submitted will be accepted.  The Town of Stratford reserves the right to accept the tender deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
