Sealed Tenders plainly marked on the envelope “Tender, Stratford Utility Corporation, Rosebank Area Sewer & Water Servicing, Contract 122648.00” will be received, at the office of the Town of Stratford, 234 Shakespeare Drive, Stratford, PEI, C1B 2V8, until 2 p.m. local time, on Monday, October 6, 2014.

The project is located between Rosebank Road and Brandy Lane. The work generally includes construction of 290 m of sanitary sewermain, services, manholes, 400 m of watermain, valves, fittings, storm sewer and reinstatement.

Contract Documents may be obtained from CBCL Limited at 135 St. Peters Road, upon payment of a $100 deposit cheque payable to CBCL Limited. Deposits will be refunded upon return of documents in good condition within fourteen (14) days of Tender closing.

Each Tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque drawn on a Canadian Chartered Bank or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price.

This request for tenders does not imply that the lowest priced tender submitted will be accepted. The Stratford Utility Corporation reserves the right to accept the tender deemed to be in the best interest of the Corporation.
