The Stratford Town Gymnasium is open for Stratford residents to use seven days a week. Recreation staff can assist you with a basic introduction to the Town Centre fitness equipment, free of charge. Sessions offered monthly depending on interest, please contact Rachel Arsenault at 569-6924 if interested.
