Information for Host Families

Thank you for your interest in hosting visitors for the Stratfords of the World Reunion taking place here in Stratford PEI from September 13-19. We expect 100+ people to be our guests during that time.  It is anticipated that most guests will arrive on Registration Day – September 13, and stay throughout the entire reunion period.  However, some who travel great distances may arrive 1 or 2 days prior to the opening day, and some will arrive late.  Generally, accommodations are required for 6 or 7 nights.  As hosts, you will be invited to a number of events free of charge while other events will have a nominal fee. 

We invite you to tell us a bit about you and the space that you can provide for guest(s) by completing on the Host Registration Form. To access this form, go to the web site above; once there, click on Stratfords of the World, Reunion 2012 on the left hand side, then click on Stratfords of the World, Host Registration Form. The more details you can provide, the better match we will be able make for you and your guest(s).  Once you complete the form, hit the “Submit” button. 

Once we receive the Reunion 2012 Visitor Registration Forms from the various Stratfords, we will be matching visitors with host families.  We hope most visitor registrations will be in by May 15, 2012; (the last date for registration is July 15, 2012). We will make every effort to match folks together who have similar interests and tastes.  Host Registration Forms may also be picked up at the Town of Stratford office.
