Meeting Rooms

The Battery Point Room is on the second floor of Stratford Town Centre, this meeting room can accomodate up to 12 people. Battery point is equipped with a large boardroom table, chairs, dry erase board and overhead projector screen. Dimensions: 22'x 13'.

The Bunbury Room in the Stratford Town Centreis a Multi-purpose Room which can accomidate up to 16-20 people sitting at a board room table. The room also has moveable walls which can be opened to be combined with the Southport room. When combined, the two rooms can hold up to 75 people - depending on the set up. Room is equiped with a sectional board room table, board room chairs, sound system and CD player, overhead projector screen, and small kitchenette. Dimensions: 32' x 17' (32' x 45' when combined with Southport Room

The Southport Room in the Stratford Town Centre is a Multi-purpose Room which can accomidate up to 20-50 people depending on set up. The room also has moveable walls which can be opened to be combined with the Bunbury room. When combined, the two rooms can hold up to 75 people - depending on the set up. Room is equiped with tables and padded chairs, Dimensions: 32' x 28' (32' x 45' when combined with Bunbury Room.

The Keppoch Kinlock Room is located in the Stratford Town Centre, this meeting room can accomodate up to 8 people and is equiped with a table, chairs, dry erase board and overhead projector screen. Dimensions: 12' x 13'.
